- Bought a promo package with 2 slots of tagging per day for 15 days. He did not start on time for me (need to remind him). Tagging is alright, but seriously doubt the times he tagged. No. of times of visits per day is as high as 100+ and as low as 20+. Disappointing.

- Shared a package with sister.


- Program is alright however experienced many wrong tags (up to 10 or 20 wrong tags in enquires boxes) Only able to delete the url & ask other shops to ban IP address to "make the best use of the program" However, these sites were not tagged ever since.


- She said sis's tag cannot be accepted as there are symbols (Symbols cannot be used at that point of time).


- Halfway through the 1 month package, she posted a new post at her site, stating to becareful of this other scammer who he/she used her old program to scam $, and that her "newer" version is able to tag with symbols and does not tag in wrong cbox.


- When emailed her about her so-called claims in her site, she denied having those "errors" and kept saying we are the only customer that complained about this problem.


- She did however emailed the so-called "newer" version of the software however tried and they are the same.

"If there only one cbox, then the software will tag on the cbox. thats why when you remove the cbox it will tag on the wrong board. Yes, i also admit that the software may tag on the wrong board in some bloshop. BUt you have tag up to 1000 url per day, but only 1 or 2 of it may tag on the wrong board right? And i have really reply your email and send you the lastest softare, there is no reason that i wont send it to you right?? you are my cutomer i have the responsibility to send you the lastest one. And i have also reply your sister that i have send you the lastest one, and have sent it to her again also. And you are very lucy that your user name wont expire. But you also can check my enquire board everyday right? See if got anyone have compliant my customer have tag on their enquire box or not."

- Email also attached a screenshot of the "error", and she did not reply. She however, did reply later to my sis, mentioned that 1 or 2 wrong tags is a very normal thing to happen, and also if need to resend the software, need another 3 days as her lapotop was sent for repairs. 3 days is a long time as my package is expiring.

- After showing her the same screenshot of the hard evidence in her enquires cbox, she removed her enquires cbox completely and directed all enquires to her mail instead.


- After some more emails back and forth, she did apologise for the troublesome matters caused by her program.


- Our package lasts for 1 month (30 march 09 to 30 april 09), seeing the SS below, she banned our login ID even before the package ends! (Today is 25th april only~)






- She changed her blogpost, apologise for the wrong tagging on board some times, and mentioned that she collects feedback from customers and will upgrade the program. So far within my 3 weeks of using, there is only 1 update of program.


- $30 for this kind of software and this kind of service, very disappointed.
